Before optimization is carried out, any error codes are read out. Upon request, the customer can receive a copy via e-mail if there are fault codes in the vehicle.
If there are error codes that are considered to be able to affect the results of the optimization, this will be pointed out before the optimization is carried out and the customer can then himself choose to forgo the optimization until the error is fixed against a fee that covers the diagnostic check and time allocated for the work.
